O&M Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV plants
• Monitor plant performance and report on availability and yield
• Troubleshoot inverter, module, and electrical faults
• Follow HSE protocols on every site intervention

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy field
• Hands-on experience maintaining solar PV plants
• Willingness to work on remote project sites
• Strong safety mindset
