Phase 1
System Architecture
Plant-wide control philosophy, I/O list definition, redundancy requirements, and integration scope with inverters, PCS, BESS, weather stations, and grid operator interfaces.
Communication & Network Design
Field-bus topology, fiber and wireless layout, protocol mapping (IEC 61850, Modbus TCP, DNP3, OPC UA), and segregation between control and corporate networks.
Phase 2
Hardware Specification
RTU, PLC, gateway, and server selection. Industrial-grade switches, time synchronization (PTP/NTP), and environmental hardening for desert and coastal sites.
HMI & Software Development
Custom dashboards, alarm hierarchies, automated dispatch logic, historian configuration, and reporting templates aligned to client and offtaker requirements.
Phase 3
Integration & Site Acceptance Testing
Point-to-point verification, control loop tuning, failover testing, and witnessed SAT with utility and grid operator.
Cybersecurity & Handover
IEC 62443 hardening, role-based access control, patch management procedures, operator training, and as-built documentation.
