BESS & Hybrid Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and size battery energy storage systems for grid-connected and hybrid projects
• Develop control philosophies for PV + BESS hybrid plants
• Support commissioning and performance testing on site
• Coordinate with SCADA/OT and EPC teams across project phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering
• Experience with BESS design, sizing, or commissioning
• Understanding of grid codes and power electronics
• Fluent English communication skills
