Mustakbal clean tech engineered and installed a cumalitive of 5MWp projects in three stages: 2 MW, 1.5MW and 1.5MW. The project was funded by IKEA for the UNHCR refugee camp in Azrak under net metering and wheeling schemes. The equipment is based on Jinko polycrystalline modules, German origin mounting structure, SMA inverters, MV transformers and related switchgear. DNV undertook the grid impact study, while TUV provided third party commissioning inspection support. Enerparc provided design review and implementation support, while MECCO did the construction works.
The project received a TUV certificate for compliance with EN 62446:2009. Mustakbal is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the three PV systems.
